The 1996/97 Grenadines Information & Activities Map
This map was produced by an American named "John T. Randall" who went from island to island in The Grenadines selling advertisements for a very good idea... a commercial map of the major tourism service providers in The Grenadines. Money was collected and contracts signed. John Randall hired John H. Ingram to do the graphic design work for the map and hired John Smith to do some maps. When the designs were completed and the printery in the USA quoted John Randall a price to produce 20,000 6-folded full-color high-resolution maps, John Randall skipped away from Carriacou where he had been renting space from grenadines.net.
John Randall was never to be heard from again.
Alas... the hassles from hucksters.
But, as was said at the beginning, this map was a very good idea and John H. Ingram, webmaster@grenadines.net, has had it published electronically on his website - free of charge - since mid-December 1996 when the huckster skipped.
Please enjoy it and tell the many advertisers listed on it that
"You found them on the Map"
...even if it was an electronic copy.
