and SCI-Arc, California trained architect Brian Bullen, designed this "home away from home".
Architect, Enrico Como, contributed added refinements and interior designs.
Both worked closely with the owners to combine historical elements in an ultra modern structure.
Sankofa has been featured in Maco and the Caribbean Architect magazines.
It's designed for the romantic privacy of newlyweds or for a family holiday.

Three bedrooms:
Master bedroom suite on second level
with standard double bed, en-suite toilet, sink and shower over an oversized tub.
Excellent views from the bed and two balconies.
Second bedroom has twin beds, en-suite toilet and sink.
Third bedroom on the ground floor level
has a standard double bed, a single bed and en-suite shower, toilet and sink.
This third bedroom is air conditioned.

There are no last minute add-ons.
Reservations are not considered confirmed until prepaid in full.
Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 50% deposit.
A further payment of 50% is required 60-days prior to the date of arrival and is non-refundable.
The initial deposit is 100% refundable, less a 10% administrative fee and a 3.25% credit card processing fee,
only if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 60-days prior to the date of arrival.
