Each Day I am going outside to the sea for about an hour and taking my swim with mask and snorkel. It's 500 strokes down..... then a series of stretching and bending exercises while still floating in the 83° warm sea... then at least another 500 strokes back ~ usually closer to 700-800 ~ against the current and the wind. The accumulated pounds are melting away - about 35 so far. My range of motion ~ everywhere ~ has never been better. It's been over a year since my last cigarette. Ah... another
day in paradise. |

and this is just the start of the so-called RAINY SEASON when brief rain showers fall - usually at night. The flowers are blooming. My question: WHERE are the tourists? |
