For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name, but not the e-mail address (where possible).

We collect only the domain name, but not the e-mail address of visitors to our web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information, site registrations and/or contest entries.

The information we collect is used for internal review, to improve the content of our Web site, to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual consumer and not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Because we have no control over such sites and information, CCC makes no guaranties as to such sites and information, including as to: (i) the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of any such sites and information, or (ii) whether a page on our website may contain objectionable content.

Because some of the content on the Internet consists of material that is adult-oriented or otherwise objectionable to some people, CCC has provided best effort to refrain from using content, links or references to objectionable material. CCC can make no claim that surprises will not occur.

RESERVATIONS MADE VIA THE GRENADINES.NET WEBSITE

CCC has established accounts with all of the tourism businesses with content at Grenadines.net. When you request a no obligation quotation on availability and prices for an advertised service, we contact the business on your behalf and obtain the information you requested. This information is then returned to you via e-mail for your acceptance. This is a FREE SERVICE for you and will save you time and expense when compared to attempting to make the contacts yourself. Should you accept the quotation, you will then be asked to make a deposit to confirm your reservation. The service provider will then acknowledge receipt of your deposit and will pay Grenadines.net a small commission that is re-invested to help us continue building our little island network. Deposits are non-refundable unless the service provider has a separate cancellation policy. Otherwise, the only way to receive a refund is if the service provider is able to sell the service to another interested customer. Irregardless of the refund policy of the service provider, a 10% booking fee based upon the total booking price is non-refundable. Should the service for any reason not be available to you upon arrival, Grenadines.net will place its contacts with its nearly 400 business partners to work as an ombudsman on your behalf to clear-up any confusions.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

From time to time, we accept subscriptions from companies and individuals who request exposure on the website. At our sole descretion and without subscriber recourse, we may decide to delete this information at any time and without notice. Subscribers whose information is deleted and who paid a fee will receive a refund at a prorata basis of the amount paid.
