This Estate is perfect for Two.... or ten.
There are two main houses
plus two detached bungalows
making a total of four separate structures.
The first house: has two master bedrooms in the main house with a third master bedroom in a separate bungalow that is located nearby and connected with the main house via a flowered walkway. The second house: has one master bedroom in the main house with a second master bedroom in a separate bungalow located nearby and connected with the main house via a breezeway.
All five bedrooms on the Estate are air conditioned.

Each house comes fully equipped:
kitchen with a counter top stove, a gas oven, electric frying pan, electric kettle, food processor, blender, coffee maker, flatware, dinner service for ten persons, with cups and saucers and a serving platter. For music there's a boombox with a CD/cassette player as well as satellite and cable TV and VCR. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are blow dryers in the bathrooms. Towels and linens are provided.

A rental jeep is included in the price of the villa.

Your staff will make the beds, launder bed linen and towels,
clean the bathrooms, mop the floors and wash the dishes
and take out the garbage, arrange for
fresh fish and lobster (in season)
and will fillet the fish and boil the lobster for you.

All Rates Quoted on this webpage are in U.S. Dollars.
Reservation requests are not considered confirmed until prepaid in full.
Reservations must be accompanied at the time of booking by a 50% deposit.
However, a reservation cannot be confirmed until six (6) months prior to the date of arrival.
A final advance payment of 50% is required two (2) months prior to the date of arrival
and is completely non-refundable.

Deposits are 100% refundable, less a 10% administrative fee and a 2.95% credit card processing fee,
only if notice of cancellation is received in writing at least 60-days prior to the date of your arrival.
Guests are therefore urged to purchase travel insurance.
